As a Founder's Associate, you will act as the right hand to the leadership team, directly influencing the company's trajectory. You will take ownership of critical operational workflows, with a primary focus on scaling the organization through strategic hiring initiatives. What You Will Do

* Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent across technical and operational functions.

* Streamline internal operations and manage special projects that support the founders in executing the company’s core mission.
