Job Description

As the first Founder's Associate, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, automating the $500B electronic components supply chain. You will drive high-impact initiatives across GTM, strategy, and product, transforming an eight-hour manual workflow into a two-minute automated process for brokers and distributors managing billions in revenue.

What You Will Do

* Lead founder-level initiatives end-to-end, including market expansion strategies, pricing models, and the development of new customer segments.

* Support sales cycles with brokers and distributors, translating complex customer pain points into actionable product direction and repeatable GTM motions.

* Build the internal dashboards, tooling, and operating cadences required to improve decision-making speed and execution across the entire organization.

The ideal candidate

* 1–4 years of experience in high-leverage roles such as management consulting, venture capital, or operations at a high-growth B2B startup.

* Analytical rigor with the ability to synthesize messy data into clear strategic conclusions and a bias toward action in ambiguous environments.

* Exceptional communication skills and a genuine curiosity for complex, non-obvious industries like hardware supply chains and vertical AI.
