* Paying customers + early revenue

* ~150,000 global workers (existing supply)

* LOI for high-volume labelling (10k+ images/day)

This is not an idea, it’s an early business ready to scale.

The Role

You’ll own the entire technical side:

* Build and ship the MVP → scale to production

* Design systems for QA, consensus, and auditability

* Architect for high-volume labelling (vision, NLP, RLHF)

* Lead hiring as we grow

This is a 0→1 builder role, not a manager role.
