Responsibilities

* Embed alongside senior engineers in client-facing and internal workflows, contributing to the full lifecycle of deploying our AI agents into production

* Build and iterate on custom integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows that turn raw model capability into client-specific business outcomes

* Field technical requests with speed and precision, translating ambiguous client needs into clean, shippable engineering solutions

* Collaborate regularly with your manager and cross-functional teammates to refine deployment patterns, track agent performance in production, and feed learnings back into the core product

Qualifications

Required

* Recent grad or early-career engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or a related technical field

* Strong communicator with the ability to present technical decisions clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical client stakeholders

* Solid grounding in modern AI/ML systems, comfortable working with LLMs, APIs, and the underlying logic of agentic architectures

Preferred

* Prior internship or project experience in a software engineering, applied AI, or solutions engineering role within a tech or AI-focused organization

* Demonstrated ability to ship working code in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve weekly

* Technical proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks, exposure to RAG pipeline design, and SQL-based data systems
