THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with enterprise customers, deploying and customizing XenonStack’s Agentic AI platforms for real-world business workflows.
As an FDE, you’ll act as the bridge between engineering and customers, ensuring deployments are reliable, secure, and delivering measurable value. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving customer problems, and want to shape how AI agents transform enterprises, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Deployment & Integration
* Work closely with enterprise clients to deploy Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Inference Infrastructure.
* Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
* Customization & Problem-Solving
* Adapt and configure AI agents to customer-specific workflows and compliance requirements.
* Solve technical issues in real-time, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
* Bridge Between Customer & Product
* Act as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams.
* Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmaps, feature development, and usability improvements.
* Reliability & Observability
* Implement monitoring and observability for customer deployments.
* Ensure high availability, low latency, and trustworthy performance of AI agents in production.
* Training & Enablement
* Conduct technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions for client teams.
* Create documentation and reusable deployment playbooks.
* Innovation & Thought Partnership
* Collaborate with enterprise leaders on reimagining workflows using AI agents.
* Experiment with new tools and frameworks to accelerate deployment.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
* 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or customer-facing technical roles.
* Strong knowledge of Python, APIs, and cloud-native systems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
* Hands-on with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and customer communication skills.
* Ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders (technical and business).
Good-to-Have
* Experience with AgentOps frameworks, observability tools, and multi-agent deployments.
* Exposure to BFSI, GRC, SOC, or regulated industry deployments.
* Background in consulting, professional services, or forward-deployed engineering.
* Familiarity with Responsible AI practices (safety, compliance, governance).
