Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement AI-driven workflows for the course lifecycle.

* Build and maintain automation pipelines for content structuring, quiz generation, etc.

* Develop AI-assisted tools and backend systems for course creation and learner support.

* Apply ML, NLP, and generative AI techniques for content quality and efficiency.

* Build and optimize data pipelines for educational content.

* Develop analytics and reporting solutions for learner engagement and workflow performance.

* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

* Build and document APIs and integrations.

* Own the build, release, and deployment lifecycle for web services.

* Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

* Proactively identify and lead improvements across workflows.

* Coordinate development efforts, task tracking, and timeline management.

* Document systems, workflows, and implementation logic.

* Coordinate delivery with teammates and align timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

* Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor).

* Strong understanding of ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.

* Experience with Python, APIs, automation workflows, and backend systems.

* Experience with web development fundamentals and modern full-stack patterns (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL API design).

* Experience building or working with data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data.

* Working knowledge of databases and data storage (SQL/NoSQL).

* Familiarity with AI applications in media workflows.

* Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts.

* Ability to support SME-driven course development using AI-assisted tools.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills.

* Ability to manage development tasks, timelines, and multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with learner analytics, educational data, or digital learning platforms.

* Strong ability to design, optimize, and automate complex workflows using AI systems.

* Familiarity with product analytics, workflow optimization, and performance measurement.

* Experience supporting content, media, or course production workflows using AI-enabled systems.
