Role Description

As a Forward Deploy Engineer, you will work full-time on-site at our San Francisco, CA headquarters. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their unique needs and deploy tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include integrating Shiboleth.ai's AI-driven compliance tools within client infrastructures, troubleshooting issues, customizing system functionalities, and ensuring seamless implementation. You will also work closely with internal teams, gather feedback, and drive product enhancements to meet both technical and business requirements.

Qualifications

* Experience in software development, coding, and debugging with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.

* Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities to address client-specific challenges.

* Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and directly engaging with clients.

* Understanding of compliance workflows or the consumer lending industry is a plus but not required.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* High level of accountability, ownership, and a proactive approach to delivering client-focused solutions.
