About The Role

We are looking for a FlutterFlow Full-Stack Builder to help build our next-generation consumer app experience.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can create polished user interfaces, connect APIs cleanly, and ship reliably. You will work closely with technical and product leadership to turn AI-powered product ideas into real screens, flows, and features.

This role is best suited to someone who is highly practical, detail-focused, fast-moving, and confident using AI tools in their daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain the FlutterFlow frontend for our app

* Create pixel-perfect UI with strong layout, interaction, animation, and responsive behavior

* Integrate backend APIs, authentication, tenant awareness, and error handling

* Help turn AI-powered product features into usable app experiences

* Use AI tools daily for development, design, QA, and speed of delivery

* Keep work organized, communicate clearly, and document key decisions

* Collaborate closely with our AI Tech Lead, Intelligence Officer, and Product team

What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience building and shipping real FlutterFlow apps to production

* Strong UI and UX skills with a high standard of visual quality

* Good understanding of:

* REST APIs

* auth flows

* state management

* caching

* loading, error, and empty states

Comfortable using custom code when needed, while staying FlutterFlow-firstStrong English communicationStrong availability for live build sessions and team collaborationConfident using modern AI tools for development, design, and testingOrganized and reliable in documenting work and keeping ClickUp updatedNice to Have

* Experience with schema-driven UI rendering

* Experience with AI-powered app experiences such as chat, streaming, or voice patterns

* Basic backend skills for debugging, light API work, or data transformation

Location / Working Style

* Engagement: Contractor retainer

* Compensation: USD $1500 - $2,200 per month, + performance incentives

* Minimum commitment: 160 hours per month

* Location: Remote

* This role requires regular overlap with our core team working hours
