Firefighter | $75/hr Remote

Position: First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Worker

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20 - $75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Provide expert input on firefighting operations and prevention protocols for AI training.

* Review and validate emergency response scenarios and fire safety strategies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and accurate simulations.

* Communicate operational insights to improve AI model performance and outputs.

* Identify gaps in training datasets and recommend improvements based on field experience.

* Ensure alignment with industry standards, safety procedures, and regulations.

* Participate in virtual discussions to share best practices and domain expertise.

Requirements

* Strong experience supervising firefighting and fire prevention teams.

* Deep understanding of fire suppression, rescue techniques, and safety protocols.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

* Familiarity with digital tools and technology-driven workflows.
