Position: Finance Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $85–$130/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

* Design realistic, end-to-end financial workflows for AI model evaluation in finance.

* Grade agent performance on complex scenarios like budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

* Build scenarios for internal finance operations and corporate development, including M&A screening and synergy analysis.

* Evaluate AI models on tasks like DCF/LBO/merger modeling and capital allocation memos.

* Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance in finance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* 3+ years in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, buy-side, or Big 4 advisory; or MBA with a finance concentration plus comparable experience.

* Working fluency in at least two of: financial modeling, valuation, management reporting, long-range planning, capital allocation, diligence.

* Comfortable with operating models, board decks, investment memos, and management reports.

* Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.

* Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets.
