Role

Antfarm is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company's financial and operational processes. This is a full-time role based in Eindhoven. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, financial planning, accounting, and reporting, as well as providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The Finance & Operations Manager will play a key role in streamlining workflows and ensuring effective resource allocation.

* Strong organizational abilities

* Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational and financial data and drive data-informed decisions

* Experience in Finance, Accounting, and knowledge of budgeting and cost control

* Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including preparing accurate financial statements and performance analysis

* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

* Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

* Experience in the technology or sustainability sectors is a plus
