Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Field Integration Engineer/Technologist for a hybrid position based in Sudbury, ON, with some remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, testing, and troubleshooting our AI-powered solutions on mining equipment. Key responsibilities include system integration, on-site configuration, software development support, and providing technical assistance to clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of our technology.

Qualifications

* Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

* Experience in Software Development and coding for implementation and customizations as needed.

* Knowledge and hands-on experience in Integration and Systems Engineering for hardware and software solutions.

* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

* A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

* Experience in the mining, industrial, or technology sectors is an asset.

* A strong aptitude for learning and applying cutting-edge technologies, especially in AI and IoT.
