Role Responsibilities

* Collaborate with AI teams to annotate, curate, and evaluate data for janitorial and housekeeping workflows.

* Design realistic supervisory scenarios and workflow datasets for machine learning models.

* Provide expert feedback on task delegation, quality control, and safety compliance practices.

* Review and refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with industry standards and operational realities.

* Document processes and communicate complex operational concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.

* Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Integrate supervisory expertise into AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

* Strong experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial teams.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

* Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and documentation.

* Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.

* Proficiency with digital tools and project management platforms.

* Experience translating real-world scenarios into structured workflows or data.
