As our New York contract business continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter to the team. This is a fully remote role, embedded within our New York operation, designed for someone who wants the autonomy of remote working while remaining closely connected to a high-performing contract desk.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment position, covering both client development and delivery within the Data & AI contract market. You will own your desk end-to-end, building long-term client relationships while delivering high-quality contract talent across fast-moving, high-demand markets.

You will work closely with our New York-based contract team, collaborating on accounts, sharing market intelligence, and contributing to the continued growth of the U.S. contract division.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and managing your own contract desk within Data & AI

* Developing new client relationships while expanding existing accounts

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through placement and extension

* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, rates, and hiring strategy

* Maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and repeat business

* Collaborating with colleagues across New York and the wider U.S. business

Who We’re Looking For

* An experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with contract recruitment experience

* Background in Data, AI, Engineering, Analytics, or an adjacent technical market

* Proven billing track record and strong commercial awareness

* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while staying highly engaged with a team

Remote Working & Team Connection

This role is fully remote and sits within our New York contract recruitment team. You will be aligned to East Coast hours, working closely with New York-based colleagues, clients, and contractors.

Alongside day-to-day remote working, this role requires someone who is happy to travel to our New York office up to once per quarter for in-person team sessions, planning days, and wider company events.
