Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for an Executive Search Consultant. The Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for the position of CFO in a local government entity. They will conduct interviews, build strong client relationships, provide consultation on hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless recruiting experience for both clients and candidates. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their talent requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

* Minimum Qualifications: Documentation of at least five (5) years of active standing and a summary table of three (3) specific CFO or equivalent leadership placements completed within the last five years.

* Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates

* Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates for various roles

* Experience or skills in Consulting and providing strategic hiring recommendations

* Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates

* High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

* Proven experience in remote recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition is preferred

* Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in HR, Recruitment, Business, or related fields
