As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Business Partner to support a Senior Director 1:1.

In this role, you will manage their complex schedule including travel, build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless execution of key tasks. You will develop in fast-paced, changeable environments and work with executive leaders in global organizations.

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and expense report processing.

* Serve as a trusted and transparent business partner, establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives. Maintain complete confidentiality and advocate for the productivity of Deepmind leaders.

* Drive operational efficiency and responsiveness by refining existing processes and developing new strategies. Navigate ambiguity with meticulous attention to detail while collaborating with Executive and Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem-solve under pressure.

* Possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a range of individuals and job functions to ensure seamless alignment across the organization.

* Exhibit the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
