Enterprise AI Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions. This role requires a hands-on technologist and strategic architect with deep expertise in AI/ML, enterprise integration, security, and scalable solution delivery. You will be responsible for building an enterprise-grade Gen AI assistant to enable employees across the organization to search, interact, and retrieve knowledge seamlessly from multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect & Develop Gen AI Solutions:

o Design and implement scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, agentic frameworks, and multi-model AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

o Productionize Gen AI assistants integrating with enterprise systems, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and performance.

· Enterprise Architecture & Integrations:

o Define architectural principles for Gen AI applications covering security, compliance, backend, and frontend development.

o Build and manage data ingestion pipelines, connectors, and enrichment layers to integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, knowledge bases, etc.).

o Implement CI/CD pipelines and enterprise DevOps practices for continuous deployment of AI services.

· AI/ML Engineering:

o Hands-on coding in Node.js and TypeScript for building AI-powered applications and orchestration layers.

o Apply advanced prompt engineering, search optimization (e.g., Elasticsearch), and agentic solutions like MCP, A2A.

o Lead fine-tuning and model training across multiple LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source SLMs/LLMs, etc.).

o Implement multi-model orchestration strategies for optimal performance.

· Innovation & Best Practices:

o Evaluate new Gen AI technologies, frameworks, and agentic ecosystems to keep solutions cutting-edge.

o Define enterprise-grade AI/ML standards, including governance, monitoring, and responsible AI usage.

o Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Security, HR, Operations) to align solutions with enterprise goals.

Required Skills & Experience

· Technical Expertise:

o Strong hands-on development skills in Node.js, TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines.

o Deep knowledge of Gen AI solution development – advanced RAG, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks (MCP, A2A), and semantic search.

o Proven experience in productionizing enterprise-grade Gen AI solutions.

o Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles including security, scalability, backend & frontend design.

· AI/ML Expertise:

o Skilled in LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization.

o Experience working with multi-model implementations (OpenAI, Gemini, and other LLMs/SLMs).

o Strong knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques such as embeddings, vector databases, ranking/retrieval optimization, and model evaluation.

· Enterprise Systems & Data:

o Expertise in data ingestion pipelines, ETL, and enrichment techniques for large-scale enterprise data.

o Experience in system integration with multiple enterprise platforms through connectors/APIs.

o Knowledge of identity, access management, and enterprise-grade security models.
