Payrate: $32.00 - $36.20/hr.

Summary:

In this vital role, you will be a part of the Process Development Drug Substance Technology group at Manufacturing Facility. This role will be immersed in all aspects of operations in a commercial bulk drug substance facility, which includes collaborating with other drug substance teams across our network. The position is fully onsite and follows a dayshift schedule with potential overtime.

Responsibilities:

* Apply a fundamental understanding of Downstream bioprocessing to support biologics technology transfer, process validation, plant start-up, manufacturing troubleshooting, and investigations.

* Support continuous process verification, process monitoring, optimization, complex investigation, and product life cycle management.

* Ensure safety and compliance of process development activities.

* Provide person-in-plant on floor process support as required.

* Provide support for regulatory filing, inspection, and other CMC activities.

Qualifications:

* Experience in manufacturing support.

* Proficiency in downstream bioprocessing.

* Experience with technology transfer processes.

* Attention to detail and ability to manage complex investigations.

* Effective communication skills for regulatory and compliance activities.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $36.20 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
