Education Operations Specialist

We’re hiring an Education Operations Specialist to help schools, institutions, and training providers modernize how they handle student and parent communication using AI.

At Voice AI Inc., we deploy AI voice agents that handle inbound calls, enrollment inquiries, scheduling, attendance, and general support in real time. Not as a layer on top, but as a replacement for overloaded front desks and manual processes.

We’re looking for someone who understands how education environments actually operate - from the inside.

What you’ll do:

* Work directly with schools and education providers to identify breakdowns in communication and administrative workflows

* Run discovery conversations that uncover real operational inefficiencies across admissions, scheduling, and support

* Translate day-to-day processes into structured AI-driven voice workflows

* Show how automation reduces admin burden while improving response times for students and parents

* Partner with product and engineering to design workflows tailored to education environments

* Support the sales process with practical, experience-backed insight

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in education operations (K–12, higher education, or private institutions)

* Strong understanding of front office/admin workflows, admissions, and student support

* Experience handling or managing high volumes of inquiries (calls, scheduling, enrollment questions)

* Ability to clearly articulate operational pain points and map them to solutions

* Comfortable working with technical teams to implement automation

* Practical mindset - focused on what works in real environments

* Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
