The eDiscovery AI & Analytics Consultant position offers flexibility through a hybrid and/or fully remote work environment.

eDiscovery AI & Analytics Consultant Role Summary

* Design, execute, and validate advanced analytics and AI-enabled eDiscovery workflows that improve speed to insight, review accuracy, and defensibility

* Combine advanced analytics, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), and Generative AI with expert human judgment and oversight

* Translate case strategy and legal requirements into structured, repeatable workflows that drive better outcomes

eDiscovery AI & Analytics Consultant Core Responsibilities

General AI-Enabled eDiscovery Workflow Design

* Design end-to-end workflows across ECI, review, and production using analytics and AI tools

* Translate complaints, RFPs, and investigative objectives into structured issue frameworks and review strategies

* Calibrate workflows using iterative sampling, validation, and performance measurement

* Partner with review teams to implement workflows and adjust based on real-time feedback

Technology Assisted Review (TAR)

* Develop TAR protocols (seed set strategy, training rounds, stabilization criteria, cutoff decisions)

* Execute Active Learning workflows in platforms such as RelativityOne and Everlaw

* Monitor model performance and adjust training strategy based on results

AI & Advanced Analytics Application

* Apply clustering, threading, near-duplicate identification, and concept analysis to accelerate insight

* Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., eDiscovery AI, Relativity aiR, Everlaw AI Assistant) for:

* Early Case Intelligence

* Issue identification and relevance classification

* Privilege and sensitive information detection

* PII Detection, Extraction, and reporting

Validation, Defensibility & Auditability

* Design and execute validation protocols (sampling, QC, recall estimation)

* Maintain defensible audit trails linking decisions to document evidence

* Support expert reporting, declarations, and client defensibility requirements

Client Advisory & Strategy

* Advise clients and case teams on best practices for AI-enabled review and analytics

* Communicate complex analytical concepts in practical, decision-oriented terms

* Support case strategy with data-driven insights (key documents, players, timelines, patterns)

Process Development & Training

* Contribute to development of standardized, repeatable AI + Expert Oversight workflows

* Train internal teams on tools, workflows, and best practices

* Help operationalize successful approaches into scalable delivery models

eDiscovery AI & Analytics Consultant Required Experience

* 3–7+ years in eDiscovery, with hands-on experience in document review and analytics

* Direct experience designing and executing TAR workflows (Active Learning preferred)

* Experience validating review outcomes using statistical or structured QC methods

* Strong familiarity with Relativity, Everlaw, or similar platforms

* Experience working with large, complex datasets (100k+ to multi-million document matters)

eDiscovery AI & Analytics Consultant Experience

* Experience applying Generative AI in legal or eDiscovery workflows

* Background in investigations, regulatory matters, or complex litigation

* Experience with privilege review, breach response and sensitive data identification

* Familiarity with analytics tools (clustering, visualization, concept search)

* Experience drafting defensibility documentation or supporting expert testimony
