Drafting Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:

The Drafting Engineer role is focused on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, including drawings and 3D models, for production orders. This position supports the manufacturing process by preparing, verifying, and maintaining all necessary engineering data, contributing to the smooth and accurate execution of production operations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Verify availability and compliance of drawings and 3D models in production orders

• Create missing drawings or 3D models as needed

• Retrieve technical data independently from internal systems and databases

• Upload and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

• Ensure technical documentation supports the production process effectively

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in engineering data

• Maintain high quality and accuracy of all engineering outputs

4. Requirements:

• Proficient in English for business correspondence (B1 level or higher)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering role, preferably mechanical engineering

• Experience with CAD software such as Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

• Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independent work

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Ability to solve non-standard engineering tasks

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

• Understanding of CNC machining and sheet metal manufacturing

• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies

• Knowledge of finishing and post-processing processes

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Fixed salary depending on experience

• Paid overtime may be required
