* Implement systems and metrics to improve delivery predictability, cycle time, throughput, and overall execution quality.

* Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent prioritization and trade-off decisions.

* Identify inefficiencies and operational risks, leading continuous improvement initiatives across planning and execution workflows.

* Support AI-enabled operational transformation by leveraging tools to improve forecasting, planning, and workflow automation.

Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or related roles within SaaS or technology environments.

* Proven experience building and scaling product operating models, planning systems, or portfolio management frameworks.

* Strong track record of leading annual and quarterly planning processes (e.g., OKRs) across cross-functional organizations.

* Experience defining and operationalizing performance metrics that improve delivery outcomes and organizational transparency.

* Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs.

* Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable processes, systems, and measurable operational improvements.

* Strong business and financial acumen, including understanding of resource allocation and investment trade-offs.

* Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology companies is preferred.

* Executive communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to leadership audiences.

* Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational workflows is a plus.

Benefits
