Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of operational strategies that support long-term organizational goals while ensuring strong alignment across teams and functions. You will be responsible for building performance frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead the design and execution of operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals and executive priorities
* Develop and manage the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including performance reporting and executive presentations
* Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
* Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities
* Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support real-time performance visibility
* Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and operational improvements
* Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization for strategic initiatives
* Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
* Support training and development efforts to strengthen operational capabilities across teams
Requirements
This role requires strong experience in operational strategy, performance management, and cross-functional leadership within complex organizations, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong executive communication and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Extensive experience in operational performance, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles
* Proven background in change management and organizational improvement initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
* Experience with performance management frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems
* Strong leadership mindset with a focus on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
