Job Description
PES is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Digital Transformation division. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s revenue.
Responsibilities
* Identify target market segments and key potential clients for Digital Transformation.
* Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
* Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote PES’s B2B offerings.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of eCommerce Digital transformation.
* Sales team management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the product and Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Qualifications
* More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry
* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred
Assignment
Create a comprehensive 4-quarter plan (PPT), focusing on achieving key business objectives. The plan should cover revenue targets, team building strategies, and product positioning with go-to-market strategies (GTMS) for Ecommerce, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in one international market.
