Working closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design end-to-end user experiences that reshape how employees interact with internal knowledge. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for roadmap definition, product design, and adoption outcomes. You will help establish how AI-driven systems are built, governed, and integrated into daily workflows. Accountabilities

* Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an internal AI-powered knowledge management platform supporting multiple business functions

* Identify high-impact use cases and translate organizational needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions

* Lead collaboration with engineering teams on system design, including retrieval systems, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools

* Design and optimize user experiences for both technical and non-technical users, ensuring high adoption and usability

* Establish data governance frameworks, including ownership models, knowledge classification, and information lifecycle management

* Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure safe and responsible AI deployment

* Drive adoption, change management, and success measurement through structured rollout, training, and performance metrics

Requirements

* 13+ years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to AI, search, or knowledge systems

* Proven experience building and scaling internal tools or platforms used across organizations

* Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, generative AI architectures, and knowledge retrieval or search infrastructure

* Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and translate complexity into structured product roadmaps

* Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, research, and business teams

* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly

* Experience with service design, persona frameworks, or product-led change management is a strong plus

* Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and measure product impact through data and behavioral insights
