As Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product organization and company success. You’ll own the product roadmap, build and scale a high-performing product team, and drive the evolution of our multi-vertical platform. As the bridge between our customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams, your leadership will ensure we build products that truly delight users and create measurable business impact balancing speed and quality..

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

* Lead and scale a high performing and customer driven product organization of currently 6 members to 10+ within next 12 months

* Own and drive execution of the product roadmap

* Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure rapid iteration and value delivery

* Define and implement scalable product processes, tools, and systems

* Ensure product quality drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

* Hire, mentor, and develop vertical product teams to grow the next generation of product talent

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

* Proven experience leading a product team of 10+ people (disciplinary & functional)

* Track record of scaling complex multi-vertical B2B SaaS products from 0→1 and beyond

* Deep understanding of the interplay between product quality, operations, and growth

* Data-driven mindset: comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and tools like Grafana

* Sound communicator who bridges product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams

* Hands-on leader at heart: ready to dive into the details and shape the playbook

* German language skills are a plus

* Bassed in Berlin or within commutable distance to be in the office 2-3 days per week
