We work with Europe’s leading fashion brands at enterprise scale. As we grow from a best-in-class product to a true platform, we are now building the enterprise operating layer that makes value delivery, expansion, and scale predictable.

For this, we are looking for a Director of Operations, a founding role for someone who builds systems, not just manages accounts.

The Role

About the role

You will design, build, and own how SAIZ operates with enterprise customers.

This is not a classic Account Manager or Customer Success role. You are responsible for building the enterprise playbook: how customers are onboarded, how value is delivered and communicated, how accounts mature, and how expansion becomes inevitable.

You sit at the intersection of product, customers, and growth translating enterprise reality into repeatable systems and scalable operations.

This role is for a senior, hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and wants to shape how a deep-tech company works with enterprise clients at scale.

What You’ll Do

* Build and own SAIZ’s enterprise operating model: from onboarding and first value to account maturity and expansion.

* Design and continuously refine enterprise playbooks, cadences, and standards for how we work with customers.

* Lead strategic enterprise accounts to understand how value lands internally, where accounts get stuck, and what the next logical value step is.

* Drive account development and expansion readiness by shaping understanding, not by pushing contracts.

* Act as the translation layer between enterprise customers, product, and growth teams.

* Identify patterns across accounts and turn them into scalable processes, frameworks, and decisions.

* Feed structured customer intelligence into product strategy and roadmap discussions.

* Reduce founder dependency by building systems that scale without losing quality or depth.

* Over time, help define and shape the org structure around enterprise operations (Customer Success, Account Development, Expansion).

Who You Are

* You think in systems, not tickets. You enjoy designing operating models, not just executing tasks.

* You are comfortable building without a playbook and motivated by creating one.

* You communicate clearly and calmly with senior stakeholders and enterprise teams.

* You can zoom out to patterns across accounts and zoom in when details matter.

* You care deeply about quality, leverage, and long-term scalability.

* You are not salesy, not fluffy, and not reactive. you are structured, grounded, and effective.

* You enjoy sitting between functions and making complex things work end-to-end.

Your Background

You bring 6+ years of experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments such as early-stage or scaling SaaS, consulting-to-operator roles, platform teams, or strategic customer-facing functions.

You have helped build - not just inherit - customer, platform, or enterprise-facing operations. You’ve worked closely with product teams, enterprise clients, and leadership, and you understand how value is created, perceived, and expanded inside complex organizations.

You may have come from strategic Customer Success, Solutions, Platform Operations, or similar roles but you’ve always been closer to building the system than just running it.
