* Design, implement, and optimize business processes that improve productivity, reduce friction, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

* Partner with Finance to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking against company targets.

* Build and manage operational dashboards to provide visibility into company performance, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.

* Drive organizational planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and ongoing performance reviews.

* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline handoffs, improve customer journey operations, and maximize lifetime value.

* Oversee tooling and systems infrastructure (CRM, ERP, project management, analytics platforms) to ensure effective utilization and ROI.

* Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth, transformation, or process redesign.

* Develop and mentor an operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.

* Support executive leadership with board reporting, performance analysis, and strategic insights.

* Operates within a high-growth, investor-backed, or scaling B2B organization.

* Works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and RevOps.

* Leads a distributed or hybrid operations team and influences stakeholders without direct authority across departments.

Required Skills

* Strong experience building and optimizing scalable processes in high-growth environments.

* Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution with measurable outcomes.

* Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.

* Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

* Exceptional organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills.

* Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* 8–12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or related leadership roles.

* Experience within SaaS, cloud technology, marketplace, or high-growth B2B organizations.

* Background in scaling companies through growth stages, funding rounds, or geographic expansion.

* Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ERP, CRM, and operational analytics systems.

* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Success Metrics
