Director of Machine Learning

We’re looking for a Director of ML who can build from scratch, go deep technically, and hire and mentor a small, extremely strong team. This is a hands-on leadership role.

What You’ll Do

* Own the ML roadmap end to end, from problem definition to production.

* Design and ship recommendation systems and other core ML products.

* Start very hands-on: prototype, code, and iterate quickly.

* Hire and grow a high‑ownership ML team.

* Raise the technical bar (architecture, reviews, standards, strategy).

What You’ll Bring

* Strong ML engineering background with production systems at scale.

* Experience in recommender systems, pricing, ads, or similar domains.

* Clear zero‑to‑one experience (founder/early stage or building new ML products/teams).

* Track record in fast‑paced, high‑ownership startups.
