What You’ll Own

* Build, inspire, and scale a top‑tier AI team specializing in Generative AI

* Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Innovation teams to identify high‑impact AI opportunities

* Architect and deliver advanced AI solutions that directly advance business priorities

* Set strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans for multiple AI initiatives

* Lead with clarity: hire, coach, set goals, and foster a culture of innovation

What You Bring

* Doctoral degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field

* 8+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ with people‑management experience)

* Demonstrated leadership in both technical direction and team development

* Deep, hands‑on experience with Generative AI

* Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans

* Bonus: experience delivering production‑level GenAI features
