This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced AI and data professional eager to drive enterprise-wide transformation within a fast-paced lending and financial services environment. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced AI-driven solutions, modernize data infrastructure, and shape long-term analytics strategy to improve operational performance and customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to identify automation opportunities, strengthen decision-making processes, and implement scalable, data-centric initiatives. The position combines technical innovation, business strategy, and regulatory oversight, offering the chance to influence key organizational decisions at a high level. Accountabilities

* Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI and data strategies aligned with lending operations, business growth, and regulatory compliance objectives.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, compliance, finance, and risk functions to modernize and optimize business processes.

* Identify and implement AI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, mitigate risk, and enhance customer experience.

* Oversee the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including predictive analytics, credit risk models, fraud detection tools, intelligent document processing, and decision-support systems.

* Direct the evolution of enterprise data architecture, including centralized data warehousing, data integration, modeling, governance, and scalable cloud-based platforms.

* Establish and enforce data governance standards covering data quality, security, privacy, lineage, and access management to support reliable analytics and business intelligence capabilities.

* Partner with compliance, legal, audit, and risk management teams to ensure all AI and analytical solutions meet regulatory and model governance standards.

* Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while mentoring and developing high-performing teams across data science, analytics, and AI functions.

* Drive organizational adoption of AI and analytics initiatives through training, communication, and change management strategies.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, or enterprise data strategy roles.

* At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.

* Proven experience applying AI, analytics, or automation within consumer lending, fintech, or financial services environments.

* Strong expertise in designing and leading modern enterprise data platforms and scalable data warehouse solutions.

* In-depth understanding of lending operations, credit risk, regulatory requirements, and data governance frameworks.

* Experience working with cloud-based data environments, MLOps practices, and advanced analytics ecosystems.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing distributed or remote teams preferred.

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
