We are certified Microsoft and Google Cloud partners, and we're actively building our practice around Anthropic's Claude — with a founding team certifying in the Claude Certified Architect - Foundations (CCA-F) credential to lead that work.

AI transformation is the defining consulting discipline of the next decade, and the firms that will lead it are being built right now. Sevenfold is one of them.

The Director of AI Delivery will become the operational backbone of our Claude practice. You’ll own how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and delivered. You’ll mentor the next layer of talent and help shape the methodology that a much larger team will run on five years from now.

What you’ll own

* End-to-end delivery excellence on every engagement — from SOW to go-live and successful adoption

* Delivery playbooks, risk management (RAID), status cadences, and quality gates that allow us to scale multiple projects without losing quality or margin

* Leadership of cross-functional pods (engagement managers, solutions architects, engineers, change leads, and analysts)

* Hands-on mentorship and coaching of analysts, engineers, and junior consultants — turning real client situations into growth opportunities

* Close partnership with the founders on scoping, pricing, risk management, and methodology development

* Weekly delivery reviews that catch issues early and keep the team honest

* Executive presence in client steering committees — bringing calm confidence that builds deep client trust

Who we’re looking for

Minimum requirements

* 6+ years of project leadership experience in consulting, with full accountability for scoping, delivering, and closing complex client engagements

* Proven project management skills — you bring structure and discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

**Prior experience at Big 4, boutique consultancies, or enterprise implementation firms (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.) is valued but not required. What matters far more is your delivery track record, your personality, and your hunger to help build something special in AI transformation.

The honest pitch

This is a founding-team role building Sevenfold’s enterprise Claude practice in partnership with Anthropic.

First, you’ll complete the Claude Partner Program and earn your CCA-F certification (we sponsor and pay for it). You bring the time and commitment. Only after certification will you move into paid client engagements.

Compensation during the staffed phase is 1099 and project-based. As the pipeline grows, we’ll have transparent conversations about converting to W-2 salaried leadership roles. We won’t promise a specific timeline — we promise honesty and priority consideration.
