Accountabilities
* Lead the development and execution of long-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and operational growth goals.
* Design and drive modernization roadmaps across manufacturing operations, including automation, digital tools, advanced manufacturing systems, and data-driven performance management initiatives.
* Evaluate and optimize manufacturing footprint strategies, make-versus-buy decisions, and vertical integration opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
* Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to align capital investments, technology upgrades, and workforce capabilities with strategic priorities.
* Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on improving manufacturing agility, operational resilience, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and transformation frameworks to monitor progress and ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
* Support mergers, acquisitions, and vertical integration initiatives through operational due diligence, integration planning, and strategic value creation assessments.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturing leaders to modernize ERP, MES, quality management, and supply chain visibility systems.
* Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, predictive analytics, and digital operations platforms.
* Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing strategy, operational transformation, or supply chain leadership within industrial manufacturing, energy, or related sectors.
* Proven experience developing and executing multi-site manufacturing modernization and supply chain transformation strategies.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, operational technologies, digital transformation, automation, and capital investment planning.
* Experience supporting or leading M&A activities, including operational due diligence, integration planning, and vertical integration initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives and influence executive stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
* Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with experience evaluating investment opportunities and operational business cases.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into strategic recommendations.
* Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with practical execution in fast-paced and evolving operational environments.
