About The Role

We're looking for experienced Digital Health Strategists to help evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. Your real-world expertise in telehealth, remote monitoring, wearables, and digital care platforms will directly shape how AI understands and supports modern clinical workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare innovation and cutting-edge AI — on your own schedule, fully remote.

* Organization: Alignerr

* Type: Hourly Contract

* Location: Remote

* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

* Evaluate AI-generated content, recommendations, and workflows related to digital health for accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability

* Review and provide structured feedback on AI outputs covering telehealth, remote patient monitoring, wearable data integration, and mobile health platforms

* Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI-generated healthcare strategies and clinical workflow guidance

* Apply your knowledge of healthcare data, interoperability, and clinical operations to improve AI performance in complex health scenarios

* Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule

Who You Are

* Hands-on experience with digital health platforms — telehealth systems, remote patient monitoring tools, wearable data pipelines, or mobile health applications

* Strong understanding of how healthcare workflows, clinical data, and technology intersect to support patient care and operations

* Ability to critically assess the quality and safety of health-related information and strategies

* Clear written communication skills with the ability to provide precise, structured feedback

* Comfortable working independently on a flexible, asynchronous basis

Nice to Have

* Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows

* Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or digital transformation initiatives

* Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or EHR integrations

Why Join Us

* Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top healthcare and technology research teams

* Fully remote and flexible — work when and how much suits you

* Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and collaboration with a global expert community

* Contribute to meaningful work that directly improves how AI supports patient care and clinical decision-making

* Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
