Tasks

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll make sure our platforms run smoothly, scale efficiently, and remain reliable. You’ll collaborate closely with development and customer success teams to boost automation and maintain high performance standards.

What to Expect:

* Infrastructure Development: Design, deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters on-premises and in the cloud, applying GitOps principles with tools like Argo CD or Flux.

* Deployment Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seamless software rollouts.

* System Reliability: Ensure uptime, performance and security of applications and infrastructure through proactive management and continuous improvement.

* Monitoring and Metrics: Create Grafana dashboards and integrate Prometheus for data collection, alerting and visualization of key metrics.

* Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to observability, performance and scalability, keeping systems robust.

* Automation: Automate recurring tasks and provide tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

You bring minimum 3 years of relevant experience and enjoy taking ownership in dynamic environments where you can make a difference.

Your Skills:

* Kubernetes: Solid experience managing production Kubernetes clusters and applications (on-prem and cloud).

* Cloud Architecture: Experience not just operating, but architecting scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions is a plus.

* Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with GitOps workflows and deployment tools such as Argo CD or Flux.

* CI/CD Pipeline Knowledge: Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar platforms.

* Linux & Networking: Strong Linux administration skills and a good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

* Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability and observability challenges in production environments.
