DevOps Engineer | $70/hr Remote

Position: DevOps Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design, deploy, and manage resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

* Implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable deployments across environments.

* Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate clusters with Kubernetes.

* Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with tools like Terraform and Ansible.

* Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.

* Ensure robust access management and secrets handling leveraging IAM and secrets management tools.

Requirements

* Have strong relevant experience in Linux system administration and fundamental networking concepts.

* Have hands-on experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.

* Be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

* Have knowledge of IAM principles, secrets management, and enforcing security best practices.

* Have experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
