Full Description

As the Delivery Consultant, you to be involved in a range of projects where you will analyse business requirements and map these to the functionality offered by these products and advise customers of best practice before live implementation. You will also participate in providing feedback and collaborating with your colleagues to develop and execute business, account, and project plans, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes that meet your customers' needs.

The principal duty of your role is to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from the products and services provided. This involves building strong relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and goals, and making sure it is delivered accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full accountability for your specific Subject Matter Expertise and Customer Relationships to identify, scope and manage client needs and tailor company product and services solutions to ensure our clients and their users fully understand these and adopt them effectively.

* Assist with effective and efficient product and service setups to ensure successful go-live events, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards to deliver measurable customer satisfaction.

* Implement Pinnacle and Pinewood Platform solution delivery for new and existing dealers, ensuring seamless business transitions to deliver full customer readiness.

* To effectively communicate with all your Pinewood.AI colleagues, especially the Project Manager on all customer project implementations including daily activity status to identify early risks, challenges and potential issues before they occur.

* Create product and account plans for the projects that you have been assigned, with a set expectation of adding measurable value.

* Manage and coordinate activities related to prospecting, proposing, quoting, and agreeing opportunities of the sales funnel to meet your assigned customers' business needs. 

* To be the point of contact for agreed customers for non-support issues and communicate sufficiently with these accounts to deliver full product satisfaction.

* Serve as the go-to expert on all matters related to your specialisation area within the SA organisation.

* Understanding client needs and aligning solutions with best practices and regulatory standards and translating this for new implementation structures as well as optimisation and re-implementation projects.

* Translate complex subject matter concepts into actionable recommendations for business and technical teams.

* Participate in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and client workshops as the relevant subject matter expert.

* Help shape client proposals and solution strategies from a technical perspective.

* Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing sessions for staff.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with subject matter best practices.

* Stay current on trends, regulations, and innovations in your area of specialisation.

Requirements:

* Frequent travel required for onsite work

* Ability to take a client issue through to conclusion (client-centric approach)

* Self-motivated and proactive.

* Proven expertise in one or more key domains of product functionality.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement

* Experience working cross-functionally with teams to resolve recurring issues

* Proven ability to manage priorities and multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

* Empathetic and customer-focused mindset, ensuring each interaction enhances the customer experience

* Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and propose evidence-based, compliant solutions

* Ability to influence without direct authority and to build trust-based relationships across departments

* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes

* Collaborative mindset to work closely with other teams within the organisation
