Databricks Technical Trainer

The AI/ML Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering structured training programs on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to translate complex concepts into effective learning solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on AI/ML, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and related domains

* Develop and maintain high-quality training materials such as course content, presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises

* Conduct instructor-led sessions (classroom/virtual) and ensure effective knowledge transfer

* Assess training needs and customize programs based on business and client requirements

* Evaluate participant performance through assessments and provide actionable feedback

* Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML and incorporate them into training programs

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals

* Support pre-sales and client engagements by delivering technical demonstrations and training solutions, as required

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical training, with a focus on AI/ML

* Proven experience in delivering corporate or client-facing training programs

Technical Skills:

* Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms and frameworks

* Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

* Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
