POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an Data Scientist to design and deliver backend services that bring Generative AI, RAG, and intelligent agents into real-world products. You’ll build scalable systems that turn data into insights and power automation—driving smarter decisions and better experiences for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

* Design and scale backend services that integrate Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for production use.

* Develop AI agents to automate workflows and improve product intelligence.

* Build pipelines that transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.

* Optimize retrieval systems for speed, scalability, and user relevance.

* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI features that directly improve customer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

* Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

* Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).

* Familiarity with graph databases, NLP pipelines, and vector search.

* Proven ability to design scalable systems and optimize for performance.

* Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Open-source contributions, published research, or advanced AI applications.

* Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI development practices.

* Experience scaling AI systems in production environments.

* Chinese language skills preferred

* A competitive pay range of $120K-150K (depending on experience).
