A fast-growing financial technology company is seeking a Data Scientist to join its analytics and engineering organization. This role focuses on building predictive models and data products that directly impact revenue, growth, and operational decision-making across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

You’ll partner closely with senior data leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, working in a modern data stack to turn complex datasets into actionable, business-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

* Build and deploy predictive and forecasting models tied to revenue, sales, and financial performance

* Perform statistical modeling, feature engineering, and experimentation (A/B testing, backtesting)

* Collaborate with Data Engineering on scalable, production-ready pipelines

* Develop executive-level analytics and dashboards to support decision-making

* Translate ambiguous business questions into measurable, data-driven outcomes

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics

* Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn; TensorFlow/PyTorch a plus) and SQL

* Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt

* Proven ability to build predictive / forecasting models with real business impact

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

* Experience with Domo (data science, automation, or analytics workflows)

Nice to Have

* Background in FinTech or regulated industries

* Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, or MLOps

* Experience with revenue, marketing, or sales analytics
