Data Scientist / Data Expert

We are searching for a Data Scientist/Data Expert, proficient in AI. This role suits individuals who excel in both independent initiatives and collaborative projects. At COMPUTD, you will engage in a variety of tasks, from in-depth internal development to dynamic client-facing roles, contributing significantly to our AI and data science endeavors.

Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and refine complex algorithms in AI, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions. NLP knowledge is a plus.

* Employ advanced machine learning techniques to solve intricate data problems.

* Design, prototype, and rigorously test AI models, emphasizing their scalability and efficiency.

* Address sophisticated data quality and architectural challenges.

* Work collaboratively with our team and directly with clients, articulating complex AI concepts effectively.

* Preference for candidates willing to regularly commute to our Geleen office for better team collaboration and client interaction.

Who Are You?

* Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with several years of relevant experience.

* A track record in machine learning and AI, with the ability to handle complex projects independently.

* A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

* A collaborative team player, adaptable to different team sizes and dynamics, with the ability to mentor junior team members.

* Continuously seeking to develop skills and expertise.

* An effective communicator in English; Dutch or German is advantageous.

* Proficient in database architectures, programming languages, and advanced project development methodologies.

* Authorized to work in the EU and capable of regular commutes to our office in Geleen.
