Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
* Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
* Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling and analysis.
* Build predictive models using algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
* Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
* Develop and optimize models using Python, R, or other data science tools and frameworks.
* Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions and relationships.
* Visualize insights and results using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
* Collaborate with Data Engineers to build scalable data pipelines and ensure data availability.
* Deploy machine learning models into production using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability.
* Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate insights and support data-driven decisions.
* Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
* Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business needs into data science solutions.
* Implement best practices for data governance, security, and data quality.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
* Document methodologies, processes, and models for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
