Senior Manager, Data Science

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead AI model development and drive delivery of production-ready AI solutions. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define high-impact use cases, guide technical strategy, and ensure models move smoothly from experimentation to production.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management and stakeholder influence.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and evolve the AI model development roadmap aligned with business priorities

* Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI models

* Establish standards for experimentation, validation, governance, and risk mitigation

* Provide technical guidance through model and code reviews

* Identify high-value opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact

* Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists

What You Bring

* 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields

* Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical discipline

* Proven experience leading data science or AI teams

* Strong background deploying and supporting ML models in production

* Hands-on experience with Python and cloud-based ML systems

* Deep understanding of modern ML techniques and their real-world tradeoffs
