Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 2+ years in a people or technical leadership role

* Strong experience applying AI/ML in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments

* Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

* Proven experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, imaging, clinical, or real-world data)

* Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning

* Experience deploying models in production environments (cloud-based preferred)

* Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy with organizational goals

Nice to Have

* Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or clinical NLP use cases

* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

* Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools

* Prior experience working with cross-functional healthcare stakeholders
