Data Operations Manager | $45/hr Remote

Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 - $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.

* Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and efficiency.

* Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.

* Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.

* Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.

* Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.

* Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.

* Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.

* Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data validation.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

* Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
