Position: Human Data Manager

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.

* Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

* Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives.

* Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance.

* Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.

* Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

* Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.

* Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in data validation.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
