We are partnering with one of the most highly regarded global management consultancies, renowned for delivering strategic, technology-led transformation across FTSE100 organisations and major international clients.

As their UK Data & AI practice continues to grow, they are looking to hire exceptional consultants who want to operate at the forefront of data-driven change, working with senior stakeholders on complex, high-value advisory engagements, helping them unlock the value of their data, and shaping strategy across industries including financial services, life sciences, public sector, and energy.

The Opportunity

In line with your experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful client engagements across areas such as:

* Data & AI Strategy & Operating Models - Defining enterprise-wide strategies, governance frameworks, and organisational structures to enable data-driven decision making

* Use Case Development & Value Realisation - Identifying and prioritising AI/ML opportunities, building business cases, and defining measurable ROI frameworks

* Architecture & Platform Advisory - Providing vendor-agnostic guidance on modern data platforms and ecosystem design

* Data Transformation & Integration - Advising on data migration, integration strategies, and scalable pipeline architectures

* Insight & Visualisation - Enabling better decision-making through effective dashboarding and self-service analytics

* Data Products & AI Services - Supporting the design and commercialisation of data products and AI-driven services

Subject to experience, you’ll also:

* Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor

* Contribute to business development and support sales activities

* Shape thought leadership and develop new propositions

* Mentor and develop junior team members

* Stay at the cutting edge of Data & AI innovation

Again, depending on you experience, you'll need:

* A strong consulting background (or equivalent client-facing experience) in Data & AI

* Experience delivering data strategy, AI/ML initiatives, or operating model design

* A solid understanding of modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, data mesh)

* Knowledge of data science, MLOps, and advanced analytics workflows

* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)

* Proven ability to lead or contribute to large-scale data transformation programmes

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
