Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and problem-solving skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and designing impactful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization:

* Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to present complex data in an intuitive and visually compelling manner.

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.

2. Database:

* Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across datasets and reports.

3. Problem Solving & Insights:

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve business challenges and improve processes.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and leadership, to align analytics with business goals.

* Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

* Technical Skills:

* Proficient in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.

* Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data.

* Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.

* Problem-Solving Skills:

* Ability to approach complex problems systematically and deliver clear, practical solutions.

* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

* Other Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business value.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
