Data Analyst

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support network analytics and performance insights across telecom or infrastructure datasets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and EDA, along with hands-on experience in MTTR analysis, network reliability metrics, capacity planning, and geospatial analytics.

Role and responsibilities

* Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on network datasets such as KPIs, alarms, logs, and performance metrics

* Write and optimize SQL queries for analyzing large-scale, time-series, and event-driven data

* Use Python for data analysis, data wrangling, and automation tasks

* Analyze MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and support root cause analysis for network incidents

* Track and analyze network reliability metrics (availability, latency, throughput, failure rates)

* Perform geospatial analysis to identify coverage gaps, cell-site performance issues, and location-based insights

* Build and maintain analytical datasets, reports, and dashboards for network operations teams

* Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across analytics outputs

* Work with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage) for data analysis. Technical skills requirements

* The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

* Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)

* Hands-on experience in Python for data analysis

* Strong understanding of EDA and statistical analysis techniques

* Experience in network analytics use cases:

* MTTR analysis

* Network reliability metrics

* Capacity planning

* Geospatial analytics

* Ability to work with large-scale, time-series, and event-based datasets

* Exposure to cloud platform GCP- BigQuery, Dataproc, Composer· Strong Knowledge in Python· Strong understanding of network data structures (KPIs, alarms, logs) Nice-to-have skills

* Experience with predictive modeling / ML techniques (churn prediction, CLV models)

* Experience with AI-native analytics tools and automation platforms

* Domain expertise in telecom Qualifications

* Overall 6-7 + years with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Data Analyst Network Domain· B.Tech., M.Tech. or MCA degree from a reputed university
