About the Role

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team remotely within the United States. You will work with engineering and research teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that informs product decisions, model evaluation, and business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support product and business decisions

* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data summaries using visualization tools

* Design and implement data quality checks and validation processes

* Collaborate with ML engineers to evaluate model performance metrics and experimental results

* Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

* Document analytical methods, data sources, and findings for internal knowledge sharing

* Support operational reporting including usage metrics, user behavior analysis, and KPI tracking

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field

* 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role

* Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)

* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

* Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics

* Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly through written reports and presentations

* Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving

Preferred

* Experience with Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)

* Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)

* Experience with A/B testing or experimental design

* Exposure to machine learning concepts and model evaluation metrics
